Abstract Submission
This page provides information on submission periods, categories, and procedures. Please note that all submissions must be made online.
1. Submission Period
- Abstract Submission Period:October 6, 12:00 JST – November 30,
23:59 JST
※ Extended Deadline: Until December 15 (Mon), 23:59 JST
* Heavy traffic is expected just before the deadline. Please complete your submission early.
2. Eligibility
Anyone is welcome to submit an abstract.

4. Abstract Format
- Title: Up to 100 characters (half-width)
- Abstract: Up to 1,600 characters (including spaces and punctuation)

5. Submission Procedure
■ For Participants Who Have Already Completed Registration

Please log in to the Abstract Submission site below, and select “Abstract Submission” to submit your
abstract.
Once your submission is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
■ For new users, please follow the steps below:
- 【 Abstract Submission 】Click “New Registration” on the top page, enter your email address in the field provided, and click submit.
- 【 Abstract Submission 】Click the URL in the email sent from support@gakkai.online to proceed with registration.
- 【 Abstract Submission 】Enter your details as instructed, then click “Confirm.” On the confirmation page, review your details and click “Register” if correct. ※ Registered information can be updated anytime until the end of the congress via “Edit Profile.”
- Log in to My Page and register your abstract via “Abstract Submission / Edit.” A confirmation email will be sent once submission is complete.
- During the abstract submission period (until December 15 (Mon),2025), you may log in to the submission site and make changes to your submission via My Page.
Important Notes
・A confirmation email will be sent upon submission. If you do not receive it, your submission may not have
been completed.
・Abstracts can be checked, edited, or withdrawn only during the submission period.
6. Conflict of Interest (COI)
At the time of submission, all presenters (first and co-authors) are required to disclose their COI status for the period covering three years prior to the submission date up to the day of presentation.
At the Congress, presenters must include a COI disclosure slide at the beginning of their presentation (title slide or the following slide). The presence or absence of COI must be disclosed.
Criteria for COI disclosure include:
- Executive, advisor, or endowed chair member of a company or profit-making organization: remuneration of 1,000,000 JPY or more per year.
- Stock ownership in a related company: profit of 1,000,000 JPY or more per year or ownership of 5% or more of total shares.
- Patent royalties: 1,000,000 JPY or more per year.
- Honoraria such as lecture fees, chairperson fees, manuscript fees: 500,000 JPY or more per year from one company or organization.
- Research funding: 1,000,000 JPY or more per year for one study. Scholarship donations: 1,000,000 JPY or more per year to one principal investigator.
- Other compensation (e.g., travel, gifts unrelated to research): 50,000 JPY or more per year.
- Travel expenses are excluded from the above amounts.

7. Acceptance Notification
Notifications of acceptance will be sent to the registered email address in early January.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at registration.
Decisions regarding acceptance, presentation format, language, and schedule are at the discretion of the
Congress President.
8. Confirmation and Revision
The online submission system has been tested on Google Chrome (latest version) and Firefox (latest version).
If you do not receive a confirmation email
- If the registered email address is correct, a confirmation email will be sent within a few hours.
- Please check your “Spam” folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
- If you do not receive the email and it is not in your Spam folder, your registration may not have been completed. Please contact the Secretariat by email.
