Dates & Registration
1. Meeting Dates
On-site Meeting: March 14 (Sat) – 15 (Sun), 2026
On-demand Streaming: March 30 (Mon), 2026 12:00 – April 29 (Wed), 23:59
On-demand streaming will be available only for selected designated programs. Live streaming will not be provided.
2. Registration Desk Hours (General Information / Help Desk / Invited Guests)

3. Registration Location
Juntendo University Building No.7, Ariyama Noboru Memorial Hall (13th Floor)
Name card holders will be provided at the venue.
4. Name Card (Participant Badge), Certificate of Attendance, and Banquet Admission Ticket
- From February 28 (Sat), you will be able to download your name card (including participant badge and banquet admission ticket) from your registration My Page.
- Participants attending on-site must print their name card in A4 color format and bring it to the venue.
- If you forget to print it, on-site printing will be available. However, please note that the number of registration terminals is limited, and you may be required to wait. We appreciate your cooperation in reducing congestion.
5. Receipt
After completing your payment, please download your receipt from your registration My Page
by April 30 (Thu).
Only digital receipts will be issued.
Receipts cannot be issued after the above period,
so please make sure to download them within the specified time frame.
6. Registration Fee
Registration for this meeting is accepted online only.
Participants attending on-site must complete online registration in advance
before coming to the venue.

7. Credit Registration
Credit registration will be handled on-site only.
For details regarding eligible sessions, please refer to the “Credits” page.
Banquet Information
Time: March 14 (Sat) 18:30–19:30
Venue & Format: Juntendo University Building No.7, Cafeteria (2nd Floor) / Standing Buffet
Application: If you wish to attend, please apply through the registration page.
Reception Procedure:
- Please download your name card (including banquet admission ticket) from your registration My Page, print it in A4 color format, and bring it to the venue.
- Please present your banquet admission ticket at the banquet reception desk.
On-site Application:
- Participants wishing to apply on the day must come to the banquet reception desk in front of the banquet venue between 18:10 and 18:40.
- Please note that depending on the number of advance applications, we may not be able to accommodate on-site requests. Thank you for your understanding.
YIA Award
- Candidate presentations will be delivered during the “Young Investigator Awards” session on March 14 (Sat) 13:20–14:10.
- The award ceremony is scheduled to be held during the banquet on March 14 (Sat).
Luncheon Seminar Information
Lunch boxes will be distributed in front of the venue on the day.
Participants wishing to attend the seminar are requested to pick up a lunch box
in front of the venue before entering the session room.
Cloakroom
Please use the cloakroom inside the venue (Location: 11th Floor N03).

Abstract PDF Viewing Password
A password is required to access the Abstract PDF data.
The password for viewing the abstract will be provided in the announcement email
sent at the start of access (scheduled for March 9).
After access begins, the password will also be included in the automatic confirmation email
sent upon completion of registration.
Wi-Fi at the Venue
Wi-Fi will be available at the venue on the day of the meeting. The connection password is printed on your participant badge.
Photography, Recording, Mobile Phones, and Calling Slides
- Photography and audio recording inside the lecture rooms are strictly prohibited, except when authorized by the meeting secretariat.
- Please refrain from using mobile phones inside the venue. Kindly set your phone to silent mode or switch it off in advance.
