- Please read the following information and click “New Registration” at the bottom to begin.
- On-site cash payment/registration will not be available during the Congress.

- Early Registration: October 6, 2025 (Mon) 12:00 JST – January 6, 2026 (Tue)
- Standard Registration: January 7, 2026 (Wed) – April 30, 2026 (Thu)
- Banquet Registration: October 6, 2025 (Mon) 12:00 JST – March 14, 2026 (Sat)

How to Register
Participants must complete advance online registration.
Please note that on-site cash payment will not
be accepted.

[ Registration ] On the top page, click “New Registration,” enter your email address in the input field, and click the submit button.

[ Registration ] Click the URL in the email sent from support@gakkai.online to proceed with full registration.

[ Registration ] Enter your user information as instructed, then click “Confirm.” After verifying your details on the confirmation page, click “Register.” User information can be edited at any time from “Edit Profile” until the end of the congress.

[ Registration ] After completing user registration, log in to the system and proceed with registration.

[ Registration ] Select your membership category.

[ Registration ] If applicable, proceed to payment and complete by credit card.

[ Registration ] If you need to change your registration details, please log in to the registration site and make the changes from My Page.

[ Certificate Issuance ] The participation certificate and receipt can be downloaded from My Page.
Payment Method
Payments can be made by credit card only.
Registration deadline: March 31
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be accepted once registration is completed, including changes to the registration category.
