Cancellation and Payment Policy
- All registrations and optional payments are final once payment is completed. Cancellations are not accepted, and fees are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization for a fee of JPY 5,000 before the registration deadline. Please contact the Secretariat office at evtmasia2026@visionbridge.jp
- Payment is accepted by credit card only.
