ePoster Submission Guidelines
Please review all requirements carefully before preparing and submitting your ePoster.

Poster Format and Canvas Size
- File format: PDF only
- Pages: 1 page only
- Language: English
- Orientation: Landscape

Aspect ratio: 16:9
Please prepare your ePoster using a 16:9 widescreen canvas.

Recommended page / canvas size:
Centimeters: 50.8 cm (W) × 28.6 cm (H)
Inches: 20 in (W) × 11.25 in (H)
Pixels: 1920 px (W) × 1080 px (H) or higher, maintaining a 16:9 ratio
Posters that do not use the specified 16:9 landscape format may not be displayed correctly on the venue
monitors.

Maximum file size: 10 MB
Files exceeding this limit may not be accepted.

File Naming Rule
Please name your file exactly as follows:
PXX_AuthorName.pdf
Example:
P01_Junichi Matsumoto.pdf

Submission Method

Please submit your ePoster using the following submission link:

- You may submit a revised version of your ePoster until the submission deadline. Only the most recently
submitted version will be displayed.
- Email submissions will not be accepted

Submission Deadline
- Deadline: 11 September, 2026, 17:00 (JST)
- All posters must be submitted by the stated deadline
- Late submissions and replacement files after the deadline will not be accepted
This deadline is required to allow sufficient time for technical testing and to
ensure stable on-site display.

Display Method (For Presenters’ Information)
- ePosters will be displayed on large monitors in full-screen digital format.
For technical stability, submitted PDF files will be converted into image files for venue display without
changing the original layout.

Important Notes
- Please ensure that all text, figures, and images are clearly readable on a screen.
- Avoid using excessively small font sizes.
- Use high-contrast colors to improve visibility.
- No modifications can be made after the submission deadline.
