All fees are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and approximate USD equivalents.

Cancellation Policy & Payment

All cancellations and changes must be sent to MKON AB in writing.

Cancellation of Registration & Hotel Booking

Before August 19th – Full refund
After August 19th – No refund
Transfer to another member (fee: 275 SEK)

Payment

Pay via invoice (Swedish delegates only) or secure credit card (NETS)
Invoices due within 30 days, full payment before conference start
Incorrect invoice address: 275 SEK fee

Refunds

Any refunds will be processed after the conference.
