Registration Fees (In-person / Virtual)*

Notes:

*The organizers have decided to hold the 2nd JCA-AACR Precision Cancer Medicine International Conference as a traditional in-person conference. Virtual attendance will also be an option for those who have travel restrictions by their organizations or do not feel comfortable participating in large gatherings.

The registration options above shall respectively include:

In-person: Admission to conference programs, social events (Welcome Party and Banquet depending on COVID19 policies), lunch for two days, a booklet of conference proceedings, downloadable electric conference proceedings and access to an on-demand viewing platform.
Virtual: Access to a live and on-demand virtual viewing platform and downloadable electric conference proceedings.

  2. The “Student” category only applies to graduate and undergraduate students. Valid ID is required to complete the registration process.
  3. Those who register under the “Patient Advocates” category are requested to pay the registration fee after receiving an approval message from the secretariat office.

Registration Policies

  1. Presenters must register for the conference.
  2. Presenters who fail to register will have their abstracts withdrawn and removed from the program.
  3. All participants must register and pay the appropriate registration fee to attend in-person or access the virtual viewing platform.
  4. Once the payment process is completed, refunds will not be issued.
  5. Registration deadlines are as below;

Registration Confirmation

An automatic confirmation will be sent to you via email upon successful completion of your registration.

Hotel Accommodation

In order to encourage friendships and facilitate fruitful discussions among the on-site participants, the secretariat office has reserved an adequate number of rooms at Kyoto Tokyu Hotel, the conference venue.

Payment Procedure

Acceptable payment method is by credit card only.
Your hotel reservation will be made at the Registration site above.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Hotel accommodation fees are refundable for cancellations made by May 27 (Sat.), 2023 (JST). (Please note the deadline for accommodation refund has been postponed)
  2. Hotel accommodation fees are nonrefundable for cancellations made on and after May 28 (Sun.), 2023.
