Notes:

*The organizers have decided to hold the The 3rd JCA-AACR Precision Cancer Medicine International Conference as a traditional in-person conference. Virtual attendance will also be an option for those who have travel restrictions by their organizations or do not feel comfortable participating in large gatherings.

The registration options above shall respectively include:

In-person: Admission to conference programs, social events (Welcome Party and Banquet), lunch for two days, a pocket booklet of conference proceedings, downloadable electric conference proceedings and access to an on-demand viewing platform.
Virtual: Access to a live and on-demand virtual viewing platform and downloadable electric conference proceedings.

1. If you wish to become a JCA/AACR member, please send your application to:

2. The “Students” category only applies to graduate and undergraduate students. Valid ID is required to complete the registration process.
3. Those who register under the “Patient Advocates” category are requested to pay the registration fee after receiving an approval message from the secretariat office.

Registration Policies

1. Presenters must register for the conference.
2. Those who wish to submit their abstracts are requested to complete their registration and payment prior to the deadline below.
3. Presenters who fail to register will have their abstracts withdrawn and removed from the program.
4. All participants must register and pay the appropriate registration fee to attend in-person or access the virtual viewing platform.
5. Once the payment process is completed, refunds will not be issued.

Notification of submission acceptance will be made to individual authors by May 20 (Tue.), 2025.

Registration Confirmation

An automatic confirmation will be sent to you via email upon successful completion of your registration.

Hotel Accommodation

In order to encourage friendships and facilitate fruitful discussions among the on-site participants, the secretariat office has reserved an adequate number of rooms at Kyoto Tokyu Hotel, the conference venue.

Cancellation Policy

• Hotel accommodation fees are refundable for cancellations made by May 23 (Fri.), 17:00 (JST).
• Hotel accommodation fees are nonrefundable for cancellations made on and after May 23 (Fri.), 17:00 (JST).
