The congress is an ISUOG APPROVED COURSE.

- Non-ISUOG Members: 1-year Basic ISUOG Membership.
Note: ISUOG members should be aware that there are no special offerings for continuing membership (Basic ISUOG Membership is only for one year.)

- Please note that there will be no on-site registration (cash payment) during the congress.

- Regular registration: Thursday, December 26, 2024 0:00 JST - Friday, March 7 ,2025 at 23:59 JST
(1) After March 8 (Sat.), registration will be on the day of the annual congress, and you can only register at the registration desk and pay by credit card at the venue.
(2) Please note that you may not be able to attend some sessions if they were fully attended, so please register as early as possible.

How to Register
(1) Click on the "Registration" button below and create your own account from the "Create Account" link on the login page.
(2) A registration confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Click on the URL in the email.
To confirm your identity, you will not be able to log in without clicking this URL.
If you do not receive an auto-reply e-mail, please check the followings
- Is it in your spam folder?
- In the case of Gmail, is it assigned to the promotion tab?
(3) Click "Login" to enter "My Page".
(4) Please select your division and category from "Registration" on "My Page" and finish the payment.
Please note that you will not be able to attend the congress without registration.
(5) Once you have registered, you can download the receipt from the participant screen.
The honorific title, address, and affiliation can be changed if necessary by modifying the information and uploading it.
(6) The Certificate of Participation can be downloaded after the end of the congress.
Please note that it cannot be downloaded before the congress.

Payment Method
Credit card or bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfers, registration is completed upon receipt of payment.
The registrant is responsible for payment fees. For bank transfers, please finish payment before the following date.
- Early registration period: Monday, August 26, 2024 0:00 JST - Friday December 27 2024 at 15:00 JST
- Regular registration period: Wednesday December 26 2024 0:00 JST - Friday, March 7, 2025.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received by the Secretariat office by 15:00 JST on Friday, March 7, 2025.
We will complete the refund as soon as possible after the conclusion of the congress.
- A handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
- For credit card transactions, the refund will be made to the card that was used, but it may take a few days depending on the credit card company's procedures. Please understand as this is out of our control.
