Guidance for Participants
1. Registration for participants and registration desk
Registration is available online only. The registration desk will be open in the foyer on the first floor of the venue.

(1)Participants who have completed online registration
Please bring the printed name badge that can be downloaded from the registration system.
Please place your name badge in the name holder available at the registration desk and proceed to the conference hall.
(2)Participants who need on-site registration
On-site registration will be accepted during the meeting.
- Please proceed to the registration desk on the first floor of the venue.
- Please use your own device to complete the registration through the online registration system (AWARD). Payment is only accepted by credit card.
- After completing your application, please present the payment completion screen to the registration staff. After confirmation, you will be given your name badge.
- Please download your receipt and certificate of participation from the online registration system. The registration system will close one month after the event ends, so please download them before then.
2. Opening hours
The main entrance of Tokyo Tama-Mirai Messe will open at 8:30 AM.
Opening times for each venue are as follows. Please note that opening times may be delayed depending on the status of preparation for each room.

3. Banquet
Date: Monday, November 10, 2025
Time: Opening at 18:40, Reception begins at 18:50, Reception ends at 20:00
Venue: Tokyo Tama-Mirai-Messe (Exhibition Room D)
On-site fee: ¥7,000 for general participants, ¥4,000 for students
(1)For those who have already completed online registration for the banquet
- Please bring the printed name badge that can be downloaded from the registration system.
- Present your name badge at the reception desk in front of Exhibition Room D.
(2)On-site registration for the banquet (deadline Monday, November 10, 15:00)
- Please go to the registration desk on the first floor of the venue. Please use your own device to complete the banquet registration through the online registration system (AWARD). Payment is only accepted by credit card.
- After completing your registration, please present the payment completion screen to the registration staff. After confirming the screen, they will mark your participation in the banquet on your name badge.
- Please download your receipt from the online registration system.
- Please indicate your name badge at the reception desk in front of Exhibition Room D.
4. Abstract book
The abstract book can be downloaded and viewed as a PDF file from the conference website.
Those who register in advance will be provided with a password required to view the abstract book.(Scheduled to be distributed 10 days before the event.)
Those who register on site will be provided with a password required to view the abstract book after completing their registration.
Please download the abstract book to your computer, tablet, smartphone, or other device before arriving at the venue.

7. Co-hosted seminar (luncheon seminar)
Numbered tickets to participate will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis for the seminars held that day only. Numbered tickets are limited, so distribution will end once tickets are gone.

8. Cloakroom
During the event, a cloakroom will be open on the left side of the entrance on the first floor. Please note that we cannot keep valuables, umbrellas, or laptops.

9. Internet access
You can use the free Wi-Fi available at the venue. Please note that the connection may be unstable depending on the location and time. Please check the SSID and password at the venue.
