Important information:

1. Reserved room blocks expire 14 September 2023, 17:00 (JST). However, rooms may sell out prior to this deadline.
2. One night room (without breakfast) will be charged when you complete your booking. The remaining room payment will be settled down upon your arrival at your hotel.
3. Arrival/departure date changes should be made directly with the hotel which will be subject to a rate increase and availability after the initial reservation.
4. We will try our best to accommodate your request/s, but we appreciate your understanding if we cannot fulfill them.
5. Cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
   
   • Rooms cancelled within 72 hours (local time) of scheduled arrival or no show will be charged one night’s room and tax. (Your one night deposit will be offset.)
     You may request to cancel your booking for a refund of the deposit up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
