Conference Registration

We have secured a block of rooms at the conference venue hotel for participants. We encourage you to make your reservation through the conference website to take advantage of this opportunity. See the “Hotel Accommodation” section on this page for more information.

Registration Fees

The registration options above include:

Admission to conference programs, social events (Welcome Party and Banquet), lunch for two days, a pocket booklet of conference proceedings, downloadable electric conference proceedings.

1. If you wish to become a JCA/AACR member, please send your application to:

2. The “Students” category only applies to graduate and undergraduate students. Valid ID is required to complete the registration process.
3. Those who register under the “Patient Advocates” category are requested to pay the registration fee after receiving an approval message from the secretariat office.

Registration Policies

1. Presenters must register for the conference.
2. Those who wish to submit their abstracts are requested to complete their registration and payment prior to the deadline below.
3. Presenters who fail to register will have their abstracts withdrawn and removed from the program.
4. All participants must register and pay the appropriate registration fee to attend.
5. Once the payment process is completed, refunds will not be issued.
6. Registration deadlines are as below;

Notification of submission acceptance will be made to individual authors by May 20 (Wed.), 2026.

An automatic confirmation will be sent to you via email upon successful completion of your registration.

The secretariat office has reserved an adequate number of rooms at Kyoto Tokyu Hotel, the conference venue.

Payment Procedure

Acceptable payment method is by credit card only.

Cancellation Policy

All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

• Cancellation before May 25, 2026: No charge
• Cancellation from May 26 to June 16, 2026: 50% of the room rate
• Cancellation from June 17 to June 23, 2026: 80% of the room rate
• Cancellation from June 24, 2026, to the day of check-in, or in case of no-show: 100% of the room rate
